1969 Think big from the start In 1969, Ceba Ingranaggi was founded in a small workshop in Carate Brianza by Giovanni Cesana and Sandro Bai, who immediately sensed the potential for growth and development in the power transmission sector. The first production line consisted of cylindrical gears with straight and helical teeth and and from worm screw processing.
A few years later, Ceba increased its staff, thanks to its new space availability and the integration of new resources, completed its production with teeth up to 2,000 mm in diameter, convex gears and racks. In these years, Ceba approached evolving grinding for the first time.

1996 Gears from 50 mm to 3,000 mm Ceba’s incredible growth is reflected in the constant development of new mechanical processes that allow processing gears up to 3000 mm in diameter. Continuous efforts and investments in research and innovation allowed the company to become a Ltd. company in 1996.
