UNI EN ISO 50001:2018

With this Energy Policy Statement, Ceba Ingranaggi s.r.l., in line with its corporate mission, aims to manage all business processes respecting the rules inherent to the application of the energy management system according to the UNI EN ISO 50001:2018 standard. The objective is to manage, within its organization, an energy system capable of ensuring that energy consumption is optimal and consistent over time, thus promoting continuous improvement. Management considers the management system as a continuous improvement process, committing to provide the necessary human and instrumental resources to achieve this goal. All managers are required to make this Corporate Policy Statement known within their departments, to promote appropriate training, and to motivate their collaborators by evaluating the results obtained for a constant improvement of their work.

Among the basic principles underlying this Energy Policy Statement are:

• Protection of collaborators and saving energy resources, considered precise corporate commitments and part of the company’s responsibility towards collaborators, the community, customers, and all interested parties.
• Commitment to comply with legal provisions regarding energy.
• Constant attention and commitment to increasing the level of energy efficiency in the company with a consequent reduction in consumption and energy expenditure.
• Motivation of employees through information, training, and consultation so that all act consciously in the correct use and management of energy.

This system regulates organizational and technical activities applied throughout the company system in a systematic, planned, documented manner aimed at achieving the following objectives:

• The continuous improvement of process management methods to achieve ever better qualitative and quantitative results;
• The achievement of a high level of effectiveness and efficiency regarding the activities performed, with a view to a good quality/price ratio and full compliance with commitments made with customers and applicable legal provisions;
• Constant monitoring of any impact the company might have on climate change.

The achievement of the objectives set by this Energy Policy Statement will also be possible through the meticulous and timely application of what is reported in the energy manual, which defines and describes the management system implemented by our Company.

Management of Ceba Ingranaggi s.r.l. commits to pursue these objectives with determination and transparency, aware that only through constant commitment is it possible to guarantee a sustainable and successful future for the company, its employees, and all interested parties, and disseminates this Energy Policy Statement (which will be reviewed annually or as needed) by posting it on company notice boards, publishing it on the website, and keeping it available to all interested parties who may request it.
