In light of the situation arising from the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the Management of Ceba Ingranaggi s.r.l. wishes to reaffirm, in line with its tradition of prioritizing the achievement of quality processes and services while respecting the environment, health, and safety, its conviction and determination to continue on the path undertaken, equipped with renewed skills, tools, and a spirit of continuous improvement, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

In outlining this Integrated Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety Policy Statement, Ceba Ingranaggi s.r.l. intends to pursue the following strategic objectives:

QUALITY

• Develop the ability to monitor daily production processes through thorough inspections, increasing internal audit activities to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications, traceability over time of produced items, and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Implement appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities arising from the company’s operating context by periodically reviewing the needs and expectations of interested parties.
• Invest in the development of new plant solutions and the improvement of existing ones.
• Enhance the company’s capability to meet and anticipate customer needs and expectations by managing complaints and proposing initiatives to monitor and increase customer satisfaction.
• Comply with and apply all applicable mandatory laws and regulations, staying constantly updated on relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve their performance to guarantee products that meet customer expectations.
• Continuously improve the skills of human resources through training plans targeted at achieving company strategic objectives.
• Carefully research new market sectors and optimize company costs to ensure a consistently competitive offer by continuously reducing the cost of non-quality.
• Engage and involve interested parties to understand their expectations in order to increase their satisfaction.
• Increase communication with customers to facilitate the exchange of information related to quality requirements, aiming to enhance their satisfaction.

ENVIRONMENT

• Comply with applicable mandatory environmental laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the company.
• Ensure continuous improvement of environmental performance through the adoption of action programs and control tools addressing key environmental aspects.
• Increase dialogue with interested parties through their involvement, participation, and awareness on environmental issues.
• Adopt measures to prevent and control the potential impact the company may have on climate change by optimizing resource management and considering the best available technologies.
• Conduct continuous audits to verify compliance with the Integrated Management System Manual and the Procedures and Operating Instructions.
• Continue and enhance staff training at all levels to optimize the growth process of human resources and their environmental awareness.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Strictly comply with all current legislation regarding health and safety, both internally and concerning the requirements of all interested parties.
• Guarantee safe and healthy workplaces to maximize prevention of injuries and illnesses.
• Ensure active participation of all personnel in activities aimed at continuously improving awareness, competence, and involvement of staff and interested parties in system management.
• Consolidate the use of control procedures and health and safety management system audits to consistently monitor progress towards improvement objectives.
